10w2d Ultrasound

Everything looked great today! Baby was wiggling around and looking cute. The guys are so excited. I am now officially released from the fertility clinic!



Look at the little leg and arm stubs!! Seriously way too cute.

And a mini rant, I called my new OB office to schedule my first appointment and the stupid receptionist didn't know what IVF was. She asked me the date of my last period and I said "I did IVF so that's not relevant" and she was like "huh?" Had to have me repeat the letters like 3 times. Seriously now, you work in an OB office and don't know about one of the most common fertility procedures? Wow. Oh, AND, they claim they can't schedule the NT scan for me because I'm a new patient and haven't had my first appointment. Man, I remember now why I homebirthed my babies! Ugh.

(Side note: I ended up switching practices and found an OB we absolutely LOVE. Seriously, she is phenomenal, and this is coming from a huge homebirth advocate who is typically anti-doctor, and especially anti-OB. But I heart her.)
